Discounts
We aim to offer discounts for young people under 25’s on the majority of our events. Proof of status will be required. Only one discount may apply per ticket.
Refunds
We are sorry but we are unable to offer refunds unless an event is cancelled. We may be able to resell tickets for sold out events up until two hours prior to the start time. An administration fee will be charged for this service. If a show is cancelled any refunds must go back on the original payment method. If your card has expired, the refund will still go back into your account but may take longer than normal.

Access
Children
No unaccompanied children under 14 will be admitted to the premises unless otherwise stated. If an event is for over 18's, no admittance will be given to anyone who fails to produce valid ID when asked to do so.
Photography
CCTV and film cameras may be present at and around The Sub Rooms. This includes filming by the police and/or security staff carried out for the purposes of providing the safety of visitors, and filming and/or photography of the Event by the Organisers. By purchasing a Ticket to an Event and/or attending The Sub Rooms you give your express consent to all such filming.
Security
Swearing, threats or any act of violence will not be tolerated. Anyone giving verbal abuse to members of staff will be asked to leave the premises. Weapons / knifes – including Stanley knives – found on a customer on entry to an event will not be tolerated. Anyone found with weapons / knifes will not be allowed entry to the Sub Rooms and the police may be contacted. Anyone seen to be excessively intoxicated will be asked to leave. Anyone found to have taken illegal substances will be asked to leave and the police may be contacted.
